I purchased the Ryobi Compound Miter w Laser to exchange a 10 12 months previous Ryobi 10″ Standard Miter Saw (an actual work horse too). I do numerous molding & end carpentry and don’t understand how I ever lived with no laser saw… I’ll by no means use a noticed with out a laser again! For reducing molding, I merely use a sharpie to put a dot where the minimize should be…and perfect every time. The worth of a manufacturing unit recon w free transport @ $75 is great. Dwelling Depot has them new for $119 – and still an important deal. I did notice that the newer noticed is far lighter duty than my old beast – but at that value it is the appropriate saw for anybody besides the Contractor / heavy use guys
